When your sales people feel pressured, the client in turn, will feel pitched too, not heard, undervalued, and they will also feel pressured to buy. When clients feel pressure, NO is their default response. Clients will also have the scarcity mindset. They will be afraid or more cautious on how they spend their money moving forward.

I have talked to numerous leaders who have done the same thing.
